Wurster Construction Main Office
The renovations to Wurster Construction Headquarters included the design and construction of 7,340 sq. ft. of interior space as well as renovation of the exterior perimeter of the building. The project broke ground in early spring of 2003 and was completed by July 2003. Interior and exterior designs feature structural steel supports, steel stud walls, blue curtain glass and EIFS exterior. The new facility doubled Wurster’s office space as well as provided two new conference rooms, a new “war room” designed specifically for preconstruction and a state-of-the-art communications system installed throughout its office. In addition, it entirely modernized the façade of the existing building for Royal Pin Leisure Centers and future tenants.
