F.C. Tucker selected Wurster Construction for demolition of the existing 6,000SF facility built in 1970, and to construct a new 11,000 SF contemporary office building. The new office building includes a larger, more attractive office environment for residential real estate clients and the real estate staff.
Architecturally, the new building includes a stacked cultured stone, brick veneer and “woodstone-rustic” fiber lap siding with several sizes of windows for significant natural light. Eight larger team offices include “monopitch” dormers and raised ceilings that are architecturally distinct and allow more lighting. A large café, with kitchen, was included for guests and the staff. A covered patio offers a great outdoor amenity for the staff.
