Chase Bank – White River Location
The project began with the demolition of the existing bank structure. This allowed for the placement of nearly three feet of engineered fill under the building pad, ensuring a stable foundation. We then poured the foundation and set anchor bolts in preparation for the installation of Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the exterior walls and roofing system. The system was installed in seven working days. Following the SIPs installation, traditional construction methods were employed to complete the building. The biggest obstacle over the course of the project was the storm water tie-in as two unmarked fiber lines prevented the installation as shown in the documents. Ultimately, a redesign to cross over the neighboring property was finalized and put the project back on track. Additionally, the work was performed at night to avoid disrupting the neighboring tenants, demonstrating our flexibility and commitment to minimizing impact on the community.
