Alpha Epsilon Phi

Alpha Epsilon Phi, on the campus of Indiana University, selected Wurster Construction for significant renovations to the interior and exterior of their fifty plus year old housing facility.  The construction was managed during full occupancy during the academic school year, completed in under 5 months.  Renovations included renovations to the dining room server, house-mother’s suite, and newly renovated restrooms. The demolition and installation of a new steel support beam to create a more open concept on the main level was important to updating the interiors.

The renovation to the exterior of the house included the demolition of the existing one-story canopy and construction of a two-story canopy with a second-floor balcony.  The balcony is supported with eight decorative Georgian style columns.  The exterior brick on the building has been painted white and exterior wood siding has been replaced with brick to match the existing brick façade for a new fresh look.
