Noblesville Medical Arts Building
The Noblesville Medical Arts Building is a multi-tenant medical facility designed to house facilities for nine or more physicians including a full-scale radiology laboratory and optometry practice. The facility houses an MRI Unit, CT Scan, two X-ray machines and a Bone Density & Radiology Machine. This structure was also built in preparation for an additional 15,000 sq. ft. of space in the future. The scope entailed site development around the building including but not limited to the installation of sanitary and storm sewer utilities, gas and electric utilities, road construction preparation of additional out lots targeted for future construction of other healthcare facilities.
