IU Health – Stonegate
Wurster Construction was pleased to provide construction management services for the new Urgent Care medical office building in Zionsville, Indiana. The IU Health Stonegate MOB is a new one story wood framed structure with the foundation consisting of reinforced footings, CMU foundation walls and a slab on grade floor. The exterior consists of brick, stone veneer, vinyl siding, high efficiency windows and doors, and dimensional asphalt shingles. The interior will be occupied by Primary Care physicians with 15 exam rooms; an Obstetrics & Gynecology of Indiana suite; IU Health Urgent Care and IU Health Physical therapy. The new facility also includes several nurse stations, and one large, shared reception area. The building is fully sprinkled with 10 split HVAC units and a UPS system.
