IU Health Mooresville Medical Office Building
This fast-track, accelerated project turned old lab space into a new Emergency SThe IU Health Mooresville MOB project is a new 15,300 sq.ft. one story wood framed structure. The foundation consists of reinforced footings, CMU foundation walls and a slab on grade floor. The exterior consists of brick, stone veneer, vinyl siding, high efficiency windows and doors and dimensional asphalt shingles. The interior will be occupied by two medical departments and consists of 31 exam rooms, four nurse’s stations, three large reception areas, two waiting areas, and one play area. The building is fully sprinkled with 10 split HVAC units and a UPS system.
