Henry Community Health Surgery Additions & Renovations
Henry Community Health is a 90-bed hospital located in New Castle, IN. In February of 2016, Wurster commenced its first project ever for this rural hospital system. The Henry Community Health (HCMH) Surgery Expansion and Renovation is a 5,570 sf expansion of its Same Day surgical services and an 11,850 sf renovation of its surgery suite, which includes two new endoscopy procedure rooms. The project as a whole is comprised of four phases. Our project team works closely with HCMH to put new operational procedures together in order to minimize the disruptions and to communicate the effect of construction on patient care with facilities, administration, and surgical services.
