Hendricks Regional Health MOB III
In Spring 2005, construction began on a new third phase Medical Office Building at Hendricks Regional Hospital’s main campus in Danville, Indiana. This building consists of four floors, including a basement level that houses new mechanical and laundry facilities. The first floor has a public entry area leading to two new elevators and the three remaining floors in the MOB are 75,000 square feet of future tenant build out space
