Protein, LLC
Protein, Inc. is a division of BHJ Food, headquartered in Denmark. The Protein, Inc. facility has long been a provider of meat raw materials for the pet food and pharmaceutical industries. In operating around the clock, the facility needed additional spaces for employee training, dining room, locker rooms and restrooms w/ showers. Wurster Construction was selected to provide design-build services for the 3,600 SF expansion project.
