Wurster Construction, in collaboration with DkGr Architects, and the principals of Milhaus Ventures have been involved in planning a new facility for the tremendous not-for-profit group – Outreach, Inc.
The new Outreach building, currently being constructed, will be a complete new construction for a two story, 12,095 SF facility on the near Eastside of Indianapolis. The tremendous work of the Outreach organization is well recognized in Indianapolis as a faith-based, nonprofit, organization that reaches out to homeless young men and women (14-24). Homeless youth come to Outreach when they have hit rock bottom. Abandoned, abused, and forgotten, they live on friends’ couches, in shelters, hotel rooms, abandoned buildings, even the street. Many hope they can just make it to tomorrow, much less dream about graduating from high school or going to college. They are isolated, alone, and at a crossroads. Wurster Construction is very pleased to be the construction manager for such a worthwhile addition to Indianapolis, on the near East Side.
