Northfield Commons II
Wurster Construction built the new retail center in Brownsburg for Providence Realty. The 10,000 Sf retail center includes McAlister’s Deli and a Mattress Firm store on the vibrant Northfield Drive corridor in Brownsburg. The new building was constructed using concrete footings and foundational walls, with structural steel, and a masonry wall and EIFS façade. Construction started on April 20th, 2015 and was completed on July 31st, 2015 amid record rainfalls in the spring of 2015.
