Einstein Bros Bagels
The Einstein Brothers was built within the Neuroscience Healthcare facility while the new building was under construction. The store consists of roughly 2,100 s.f. of restaurant space comprised of food preparation, service and dining areas. During the occupancy phase, dust containment was installed around the perimeter of the project. The air within the project site was circulated and filtered to minimize airborne dust migration into the surrounding occupied areas. Finishes consisted of painting, quarry and ceramic tiles, fiberglass reinforced plastic wall panels, Deco Essence epoxy floor coating, carpet, and seismically restrained suspended acoustical tile ceilings. A special feature in the dining area was an electric fireplace built of stacked stone.
