Buffalo Wild Wings – Plainfield
This interior renovation project was completed in phases over a 3 month period. The original plans called for a standard workday schedule, but the vibrations and noise produced by the construction activities were too disruptive to staff and customers. Wurster quickly shifted to performing all the work at night, from midnight to 8:00 a.m. This not only allowed the restaurant to remain open and operational to patrons throughout construction but kept the facility profitable as well.
