Legacy Living
Wurster Construction is currently involved with Legacy Living in the construction phase for a 113-unit Senior Living development in Jasper, Indiana. The development will include 18 town homes for independent living and a main building with 70 assisted living apartments and 25 memory care apartments. The main building alone will be 94,000 square feet.
The amenities include a large formal dining hall, social lounge, outdoor barbecue and kitchen spaces, raised garden beds so residents can maintain gardens without stooping down, walking paths, and a playground for when grandchildren or great-grandchildren visit.
In 2023, a second phase of construction was performed by our project management team to add 6 more townhome units to the property. This expansion resulted in a total of 119 independent living units, allowing the facility to expand the care and housing for its residents.
