Harmony at Avon is a ground-up, four-story, wood-framed, multifamily structure for retirement care. The new senior care facility was completed in 2022. The space features 89 independent living units, 64 assisted living units, and 33 memory care units, which are laid out by function in the building based on the needs of each type of resident. The amenities include multiple food service kitchens and dining rooms, a billiards room, activity and game rooms, libraries, a salon, a theater, courtyards, nursing stations, a physical therapy center, and a chapel.
