IU Health Comprehensive Wound Care

This occupied space healthcare construction project at IU Health Methodist Hospital includes a 13,600 square foot renovation. The facility was specifically designed to help develop cutting edge technology, solutions, and prosthetics to help patients’ wounds heal. This occupied space healthcare project was a very challenging one including multiple phases on construction inside Indiana’s largest active hospital. Phasing of the project was completed in a manner to allow for functional and compliant temporary registration and waiting spaces.  Despite the project schedule being fluid and special considerations made for planned shutdowns of several building systems during non-patient hours, the project was completed in 8 months
