Wurster Construction was proud to accept four awards at this year’s ABC Awards Gala which was held on September 25th.
Award of Excellence for Med Spa at Geist-Fishers, IN
Wurster worked closely with Dr. Jimenez and MSKTD & Associates to design and build this beautiful wood framed structure consisting of brick, rubble stone, and aluminum. The interior boasts a total of 5,120 sq. ft, stained wood ceiling, a reception area, offices, a nurse work station, patient rooms, and a mechanical room.
Award of Honor for St. Thomas Properties Medical Center-Jasper, IN
This 56,000 square foot two-story facility contains physical therapy, hydro-pool and radiological services. A 4-OR outpatient surgery center and an imaging suite which contains MRI, CT and general radiological services are also located in this building. A urology physician group office is located on the second floor of the building. This project has received LEED Certified recognition.
S. Douglas Trolson Model Member Image Award
This award recognizing the prime contractor who used the largest percentage of fellow ABC members was given for the St. Thomas Properties project.
STEP Platinum Award
Recognizing our commitment to safety, this award is given to ABC members who maintain a recordable incident rating at least 25% below the industry average.
