Theta Chi Fraternity
The Theta Chi Fraternity Chapter House will now set a standard of quality excellence for future chapters. The home now has 50% more living space for future growth. The house was built in two phases due to the house being fully occupied during construction. The house additions include 5 study rooms, 2 fireplaces, a large recreational room, a chapter formal room, 3 group study rooms and a house-mother’s apartment. The mechanical systems of the house were Design/Build and included the addition of HVAC to new and existing space, a new walnut fireplace and a walnut tray ceiling accent the new formal living room.
