Purdue University – McCutcheon Hall Restrooms Renovation
Wurster Construction was selected by Purdue University as the Design/Build entity for the renovations of the McCutcheon Hall North student residences. The renovations of the 8-story North Tower bathrooms included two (2) shower/restrooms complexes, per floor, that could be isolated with a rolling metal door. The renovations included the complete demolition of the existing restrooms and all new finishes to include new floor tile, new fixtures, new solid surface shower bases and shower walls, new partitions, ceilings and accessories. The new restrooms include six (6) new shower stalls, six (6) new water closets, six (6) new lavatories with hands free operations and a spray nozzle on each floor. The project timeline was critical, starting on May 11, 2015 and completed by July 30, 2015.
