The members of Northminster Presbyterian Church planned for a renovation of the Chancel in the church to allow for the installation of a beautiful new pipe organ. The existing demising wall between the chancel and the sanctuary was of CMU construction. Demolition of the demising wall and the steel support beam in the existing chancel was delicate. Temporary platforms for scaffolding, new structural steel and superior carpentry craftsmanship were required to successfully complete the renovation.
