Henry Community Health Cambridge Medical Facility

The new Henry Community Health Medical Office Building consists of a new 5,212 square foot medical facility built as a replacement for the small existing facility in Cambridge City.  The work consisted of a new one-story building including structural steel, casework, doors, frames and hardware, gypsum wallboard assemblies, resilient flooring, carpet, acoustical panel ceilings, toilet accessories, plumbing fixtures, sheet metal, HVAC units, electrical power, and light fixtures for the site improvements, landscaping, utility relocations and paving.  Our project team was required to maintain existing MOB operations and the utilities to adjacent buildings and properties.

At the completion of the new MOB construction, Wurster managed the demolition of the existing building on the site and completed additional parking and landscaping.
