Face Clinic
The Foundation Against Companion-Animal Euthanasia (FACE) was formed in July, 1993. FACE performs more than 75 surgeries each day and has performed thousands of sterilizations since first opening. In 2011 FACE launched the Neighborhood Cat Program in conjunction with IndyFeral to target spay/neuter for neighborhood (stray and feral) cats. More than 800 neighborhood cats had been fixed by the end of 2011.
To meet the demand for low cost spay and neuter services, FACE selected Wurster Construction to provide construction management services to implement construction planning for expanding the existing facility to 16,319 square feet. The expanded and renovated facility will include four surgery rooms, expanded lobby, kennels, and a second floor for Administrative offices and Conference Rooms.
