Earlham College – Metz Dining Hall Renovation
One of the premiere aspects of Earlham is a common dining experience, which happens daily in the Dining Hall. Metz Culinary Management provides hot meals, salads, pizza, sandwiches, and vegetarian and vegan options at every meal. The major upgrade to the dining hall included demolition of a second story balcony, a new server, new lighting, new flooring, brighter paint and color scheme, new ceramic pizza oven, new pasta bar and adjacent seating space.
